Justice vanished
Lisa, 17, adopted as a child in Ukraine, dies while undergoing treatment at a renowned Roman pediatric hospital. But the judge says "the fact is not true." A final insult to Lisa, but above all a clear message to those seeking to assert their rights in situations of greatest fragility and vulnerability. The "myth" of Lisa is here fleshed out in an imaginary trial marked by a series of impossible dialogues between those who have left us and those still alive. But the issues discussed are more than real, revealing themselves in all their harshness. Following the verdict, Lisa will leave gifts to those present in a last-ditch effort to offer them social and moral redemption. We owe so much to Lisa's memory.

Lisa’s three lives
Lisa's parents wrote a book to tell the story of her “three lives”, the first two in Ukraine, the third - ever too brief - as an adopted daughter in Italy.
The story of her illness and “healthcare nightmare” is told by multiple voices: the doctors, her parents and a hypothetical Artificial Intelligence that sees everything and wonders what they are doing to that poor girl in “that strange hospital.”

It can be purchased in the edition by Armando Editore either in bookstores or online. It is otherwise offered with a free donation after each presentation.
