Summary of the Regulations
For admission, the member must be in the following conditions:
• must not have received definitive criminal convictions for intentional crimes that are incompatible with the spirit and purposes of the Association;
• must demonstrate that he/she is in line with the intentions, principles and objectives pursued by the association;
• must demonstrate the will to join the non-profit organization in order to be able to contribute with his/her personal contribution, free of charge, to the achievement of the solidarity and ideal purpose for which the association was established.
The member must acquire reasonable awareness that, in the event of acceptance of his/her application for admission, he/she will have to respect some commitments:
• participate in the association's life, in the assembly and vote directly for the approval and amendments of the Statute, the Regulations, for the approval of the annual budget and for the appointment of the association's corporate bodies and to challenge the resolutions of the corporate bodies;
• participate in social activities;
• respect the Statute and the Regulations of the Association;
• observe the resolutions adopted by the corporate bodies;
• maintain a behavior in accordance with the purposes of the Association;
• accept, fully and without reservations, the Statute, the ethical and cultural principles contained therein, the activities, the purposes and the method of the Association.
It is therefore important to carefully consider all the issues reported above in order to be able to decide in full awareness whether one is suitable for entry into a particular association, even before submitting one's candidacy to the attention of the board of directors.
The approval of a new application for admission presented by an aspiring member must be deliberated by the board of directors. The member is therefore essential for the existence and management orientation of the association and his admission follows a well-defined procedure, which is divided into different phases, which can be summarized in three distinct moments:
• the application for admission must be submitted using a form prepared by the association, in which all the personal information of the aspiring member must be specified, as well as a declaration of acceptance for the processing of personal data for the purposes of compliance with privacy legislation;
• the Board of Directors meets in order to evaluate all the applications received, evaluating the characteristics of the applicant by comparing them with the objectives, intentions and principles pursued by the association, and if it deems him suitable, it decides on his admission;
• the admitted member accepts the duties and responsibilities attributed to him with the role recognized to him and his name is entered in the members' book, kept inside the association's headquarters.
